Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Andrew Anderson attended the University of Minnesota for his undergraduate and graduate work. He has additional training in advanced implant techniques, advanced sedation techniques, advanced cosmetic dentistry, ACLS advanced cardiac life support, and sleep apnea techniques. Dr. Anderson loves being a dentist in Edina MN because of the variety of ways he can help patients improve the health, function, and aesthetics of their teeth in his hometown. When he's not treating patients, Dr. Anderson enjoys the outdoors and participating in many outdoor activities. He especially loves competing in and watching golf competitions. Reading historical articles and books is also a favorite pastime.

Dr. Rachel Holm has been with our practice since graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry almost 10 years ago. She graduated with High Distinction Honors and also received the Award for Technical Excellence. Dr. Holm loves her job. 'We are one big family here literally!' She feels right at home here, working with her mother (Dr. Mary Flynn) and father (Dr. Andrew Anderson). Dr. Holm adores meeting new patients, but also enjoys seeing patients who have been with us for years. Some of her patients even grew up seeing her grandfather, Dr. Clarence Flynn! Making those connections and holding onto her relationships with her patients for a lifetime is important to Dr. Holm. In her free time, Dr. Holm likes to spend time with her husband and 2 kids. They love to travel, bike, boat, ski and enjoy the outdoors!

Dr. Flynn started practicing in this Edina MN location with her father (Dr. Clarence Flynn) over 35 years ago. She is no longer treating patients but still stays active in the practice's business coordination. She spends most of her time golfing and being an active grandmother to Dr. Rachel's two children.

Tracy received her training at Normandale Community College, where she graduated at the top of her class. She's been with our practice for over 15 years. She loves meeting great people and providing them with quality dental care to meet their needs. Working with kids and seeing them excited about having clean and healthy teeth is very fun and rewarding for her. In her spare time, Tracy likes participating in activities with her three kids, gardening, playing volleyball, watching the Vikings with her husband, decorating, and spending time at a lake cabin.

Richelle obtained her baccalaureate in dental hygiene at Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah. After obtaining her education, she spent four years in South Texas working along the Mexico border expanding her dental hygiene skills, and learning Spanish. Richelle loves to practice her Spanish with patients in the office when she gets the chance. A self-proclaimed foodie, Richelle loves trying new restaurants with her husband. Richelle enjoys traveling, and adding stamps to her passport whenever she gets the chance. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her husband, and their french bulldog, Archie.

Mady is originally from Birchwood Wisconsin and went to Northwood Technical College for Dental Assisting. She moved to Minnesota to work at our amazing office! Mady’s favorite part of dental assisting is the variety of different procedures and making connections with patients. In her free time she loves golfing, being on the lake, relaxing with her cat, and trying new restaurants.

Lyndsey's favorite thing about being a dental hygienist is getting to know her patients and making them feel good! She lives in Prior Lake with her husband Josh and daughter Lena. She enjoys taking group fitness classes, yoga and spending time with her family.

With over 10 years of experience, Sadie is often the friendly face and helpful voice that greets our patients. She specializes in dental insurance and enjoys helping patients understand their benefits, answer questions, and feel confident about their treatment plans. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Sadie works hard to make every visit run smoothly and to ensure each patient feels cared for from the moment they contact our office.
